During her time completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Communications at Newcastle University, Ollia Horton (1994) spent a lot of time at the 2NUR campus radio station. This was the start of her great love of radio. Her passion for radio, combined with falling in love with a Frenchman, has seen her spend the last 20 years living and working in France.

Creativity, collaboration and innovation. Year 10 explored and designed solutions to community and civic problems while challenging themselves and their future.

Mr Jim McAtamney is one of CCGS' longest serving staff members and at the end of the year he will hang up his CCGS sports polo and head into retirement. Jim shares his CCGS memories and highlights from the last 36 years.

After 27 years at CCGS, Mr Phil Knox, Science teacher and House Coordinator of Nicholii is retiring from full time teaching. Phil shares his thoughts on the important skills today's students require and the changes he has seen in the teaching profession.

Upon finishing Year 12, CCGS alumni Cameron Barnett (2019) headed to Japan for a once in a life time opportunity to teach English at CCGS Exchange Partner School, Ueda Nishi. In the face of a global pandemic Cameron found unique teaching opportunities and the chance to develop deeper friendships.

As she prepares to walk through doors of the CCGS Library one last time, Mrs Gill Martin shares the highlights of her time at CCGS, the lessons she has learned from students and her advice for new Teacher Librarians.
